You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to open an account and use h2toto's services. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited. h2toto reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
Each player may hold only one active h2toto account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending balances pending investigation.
All transactions are processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit is Rp 20.000 for e-wallets and Rp 50.000 for bank transfers. Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements and eligibility conditions. Bonus abuse — including arbitrage betting and structured play designed to extract bonus value — will result in cancellation.

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and h2toto ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the h2toto website located at https://h2toto.cam and all related services, products, and features. By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on h2toto, you affirm that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its terms, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must cease using the platform immediately.

Each individual person may register and maintain only one (1) Account on h2toto. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, all associated Accounts will be suspended pending investigation, bonus funds will be forfeited, and winnings derived from duplicate Account activity may be voided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify h2toto immediately — via live chat or by email to [email protected] — if you suspect unauthorized access to or use of your Account. h2toto will never request your password through any channel. The Company cannot be held liable for losses arising from a player's failure to maintain reasonable account security.

h2toto is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals and at any point the Company considers appropriate for fraud prevention or regulatory compliance purpo ses. This process is known as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.
To complete KYC verification, players must submit clear, legible copies of the following:
h2toto aims to complete KYC reviews within 1–3 business days of receiving all required documentation. During the review period, withdrawal requests will be placed on hold. Deposits and gameplay may continue during this time unless the Account has been flagged for additional review.
Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 30 calendar days of a withdrawal request will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges. Persistent non-compliance or submission of fraudulent documents will result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of any balance held, subject to applicable law.

All transactions are processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). h2toto does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency transfers, or third-party payment on behalf of another person.
Deposits are credited to player Accounts in real time or within a maximum of 10 minutes under normal operating conditions. Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 1–24 hours (WIB, UTC+7) following successful KYC clearance. h2toto does not guarantee specific processing times during scheduled system maintenance windows or Indonesian public holidays.
All payment methods used on h2toto must be registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits — where the account holder of the payment method differs from the h2toto Account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in reversal of the deposit and potential Account suspension.
Note on Withdrawals: To protect against fraud and money laundering, h2toto applies a policy requiring that winnings be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the original deposit, wherever technically possible. Players who have changed their primary payment method must contact support prior to requesting a withdrawal.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by h2toto are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general conditions set out in this clause. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and this Agreement, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for matters relating solely to that promotion.
Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., a 5x wagering requirement on a Rp 100.000 bonus requires Rp 500.000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal eligibility is achieved). Only real-money bets placed on eligible markets contribute to wagering requirements; bets placed using Bonus Funds may contribute at a reduced or zero rate as specified per promotion.
h2toto employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse. The following activities are considered abuse and will result in bonus cancellation and potential Account suspension:
Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion's terms will expire automatically and be removed from the player's Account balance without notice. h2toto is not obligated to reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
All sports bets placed on h2toto — including but not limited to bandar bola (sportsbook) markets on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and Timnas Indonesia fixtures — are subject to h2toto's prevailing sportsbook rules, which are published on the Platform. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, h2toto's decision, based on official results from the relevant governing body, is final.
Mix parlay (accumulator) bets combine multiple selections into a single wager. All individual selections must win for a mix parlay bet to be successful. If one or more events in a mix parlay are void or postponed and not replayed within the applicable timeframe, those selections will be removed and the bet recalculated on the remaining legs. Minimum and maximum mix parlay stakes and returns are as published on the Platform.
Togel (traditional numbers lottery) results are determined by official draw outcomes from the relevant issuing body. h2toto does not influence draw results. Togel bets are final once confirmed; cancellation after placement is not permitted. Prizes are calculated according to the odds and prize tables displayed at the time of bet placement.
Live casino games are powered by certified third-party studios (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and others). Slot games are supplied by providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. All games use independently certified random number generators (RNGs). Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session.
In the event of a technical malfunction, network error, or game error that affects the integrity of a bet or game round, h2toto reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the player's Account. Winnings derived from demonstrably erroneous odds or game malfunctions are not valid and will not be paid out.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on h2toto and may result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities:
Anti-Money Laundering: h2toto complies with internationally recognized anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Any suspicious financial activity may be reported to relevant financial intelligence authorities. Players must be able to demonstrate a legitimate source of funds upon request.
All content on the h2toto Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software code, text, images, game content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of h2toto or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any h2toto content without prior written consent from the Company.
h2toto's collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
In summary, h2toto collects only the personal data necessary to provide its Services, verify player identity, process payments, and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not sell personal data to third parties. All data is stored with 256-bit SSL encryption and access is restricted to authorized personnel only.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, h2toto's total aggregate liability to any player — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their Account during the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this clause limits h2toto's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indonesian law.
You may request closure of your h2toto Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals must be processed and all active bets resolved. h2toto will return any remaining real-money balance to your registered payment method following completion of standard KYC checks.
h2toto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:
Where an Account is closed for cause, h2toto may withhold some or all of the Account balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, any withheld funds will be returned promptly.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law as applied by the licensing jurisdiction under which h2toto operates. h2toto is an internationally licensed and regulated platform; players acknowledge that online gaming regulations in Indonesia are evolving and agree to use the Platform in accordance with their own local legal obligations.
In the event of any dispute arising from this Agreement or from the use of h2toto's Services, players are encouraged to contact h2toto's support team in the first instance. h2toto will use reasonable endeavours to resolve disputes promptly and fairly. If a resolution cannot be reached informally, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable international arbitration body as designated by h2toto's licensing authority.
For the avoidance of doubt, use of h2toto's Services by Indonesian residents is subject to the player's personal compliance with applicable Indonesian legislation. h2toto does not represent that use of the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions, and players use the Services at their own risk and responsibility.
h2toto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the Company will provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date, and where appropriate, by sending a notification to registered players via email or in-platform message.
Your continued use of h2toto following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Clause 12.1. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.
